Everyday I help people to move toward their goals of a better, healthier and happier life. If I can help someone get even a small step closer to where they want to be, I know I'm changing their lives. But so often I see woman and men suffering in their lives. Performing their job and their duties as a mom or dad without any joy. Just trying to keep their heads above water.
There is so much more! And it's not as hard to get as you may think!
I grew up in a household filled with physical and mental illness. My mother was always ill. In and out of the hospital. She drank too much, took too many prescription medications and didn't take care of herself. She passed away at the young age of 57, although to look at her you would have thought she was 80! Her skin sagged, her posture sagged! There was no fight left. I don't know much about her past, and I'm sure it wasn't easy, growing up during WWII, but I do know that life isn't easy. It certainly hasn't been easy for me. But that's just my story. A story that has made me who I am today; stronger, more resilient, compassionate, and tenacious.
We all have a story. We have all dealt with pain and suffering. Some more than others. Don't let that get in the way of living your life! You only have one and there is no do over! Is it easy to break the habit of eating junk food and cooking your own meals? Is it easy to start some kind of exercise program, perhaps just walking for 30 minutes a day? Is it easy to take a supplement to improve your health? That all depends on how you look at it!
Wherever you're at right now, if your not happy with the state of your health I can bet that your everyday life isn't easy. So why not make a commitment, a commitment to yourself! Stand up for you! Whether you are a mom, dad, child, teen, at the end of the day the only person who can really change your life is YOU! So stop listening to your own story and start writing a better one. There will never be a better time than right now! And that is really all it takes, a commitment to you!
Because of my upbringing, I've made it my career to help others raise the curtain on their lives and start to live again. If you're ready to make a change, contact me. I'd love to help!
