All you need is space enough to role out a mat. Most workouts do not require any other equipment but when weights are being used you can get creative; use water bottles,         large vinegar bottles, full paint cans! 

For a small monthly fee, you can workout to as many as you like!

Class Descriptions

This class combines all the best attributes of a dance class; leg work, ab work, arm work and then 20 minutes of stretching and relaxation. Your muscles will become long and lean like a dancer. No experience necessary!

Tuesdays 9am through zoom. 


Reconnect with your body through movement and breath in a yoga class that will strengthen and stretch your muscles! Research has shown that yoga not only improves performance in sports, it reduces anxiety and depression and increases feelings of happiness! All levels welcome!

Thursdays 9:30am through zoom


HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This is a 30 minute workout where an exercise is performed for a short period of time with a short break before repeating. Exercises include cardio based and muscle building moves. You will sweat and you will get a great workout in just 30 minutes! Bonus: you will continue to burn calories at a higher rate for several hours after your workout! Modifications given for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Holding a stretch for a few minutes you will stretch deep into the connective tissues of your joints and muscles, increasing flexibility and circulation to the joint while improving the flow of energy through the body. This is essential for runners, cyclists and hard core exercisers. Being flexible is as important as being strong!
